1. Agreement
These Terms of service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the Glassleaf platform (“Service”), operated by 9to5Central (“Glassleaf”, “we”, “us”). By creating an account or using the Service you agree to these Terms.
2. The service
Glassleaf ingests product manuals you upload, generates derived content (FAQs, glossary, guides, diagrams), and serves an embeddable widget that responds to end-user questions about your products. You provide the source material and approve what is published; we do not edit or publish content on your behalf without explicit action through the dashboard.
3. Accounts and access
You must provide accurate registration information and keep your credentials secure. You are responsible for actions taken under your account, including by team members you invite. Notify us promptly if you suspect unauthorized access. You must be authorized to bind your organization to these Terms.
4. Plans, billing and limits
Paid plans are billed monthly or annually as agreed when your plan is set up. Fees are non-refundable except where required by law.
We may change pricing with notice before the change takes effect; price changes apply to renewals only.
Usage limits (products and questions a month) are listed on the current pricing page. We will notify you and agree any plan or price change before charging for usage beyond the included allowance.
5. Your content
You retain ownership of the manuals and other source materials you upload (“Your Content”) and the generated content you approve through the dashboard. You grant Glassleaf a worldwide, non-exclusive license to process, store, transmit, and serve Your Content solely as needed to provide the Service to you and your end users.
You represent that you have the rights necessary to upload Your Content and that doing so does not infringe any third-party rights. You are responsible for the accuracy of the materials you publish through the widget.
6. AI-generated output
Output produced by the Service (including generated FAQs, guides and answers) is grounded in Your Content. FAQs, guides and other generated content are approved by your team before publication; answers in Ask are generated from Your Content when a question is asked. Despite this, AI-generated material may contain errors.
You are responsible for reviewing and approving content prior to publication and for the accuracy of what is served to your end users.
7. Acceptable use
You agree not to: (a) upload material you don’t have rights to; (b) use the Service to generate content that is unlawful, defamatory, or that infringes another party’s rights; (c) attempt to reverse engineer, probe, or interfere with the Service; (d) resell or relicense the Service to third parties without our written consent; (e) use the Service to compete with us by training a competing model on its outputs.
8. Warranties and disclaimers
The Service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted or error-free, or that AI-generated output will be accurate, complete, or free of bias.
9. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Glassleaf’s aggregate liability arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Service shall not exceed the greater of (a) the amount you paid us in the twelve (12) months preceding the event giving rise to liability, or (b) one hundred U.S. dollars. We will not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages.
10. Indemnification
You will defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Glassleaf from claims arising from Your Content, your use of the Service, or your breach of these Terms.
11. Term and termination
These Terms remain in effect while your account is active. Either party may terminate at any time. Organization deletion removes active database records and associated storage objects where technically available. Any required export window, chat-log retention, or backup-deletion commitment must be agreed in the applicable order form; otherwise contact privacy@glassleaf.ai before deletion.
Sections of these Terms that by their nature survive termination (ownership, liability, governing law) will continue to apply.
12. Changes to these terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated by email or in-product notice before they take effect. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
13. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, USA, without regard to its conflict of laws principles. Disputes will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Delaware.
14. Contact
