About Glassleaf
Glassleaf is made by Radu Trandafir, its founder, in Sammamish, Washington.
Every product ships with a manual, and the manual is the same for every customer. Every customer arrives with a different problem. The answer is usually in there, spread across several pages, and jumping between them is where people give up and call.
Glassleaf puts those pages together for each customer, as an answer or a step-by-step tutorial with the page for every step, and shows your team what customers ask, so support learns from every question and your product team sees what to fix and build next.
